Dear Max, there are no words or ways to thank you for the way you were able to give moments of newfound energy to dad in the last painful months of his over ninety-year-old life.Having tried for some time, I know how difficult it is to provide for the care and hygiene of a person who is unable to stand up and subsequently even sit in a wheelchair. Dad was certainly not a twig and yet you, Giant, knew how to move him and provide the necessary care by entertaining him in the ways that amused him most. Thanks Max also for the help given to the mother, both material and spiritual, worried both by the worsening of the father's situation and by the knee prosthesis surgery he faced in that period.

Massimiliano was my right-hand man in managing my home service agency for elderly people. Working in partnership with an American company we had the obligation to guarantee excellent quality protocols and standards. Massimiliano had operational responsibility for assistance, coordinating the needs of family assistants and families. He is a person of great emotional intelligence and empathy, very serious, professional and punctual in carrying out his responsibilities. He is certainly a reliable person, capable of solving problems and anticipating the requests of those around him.

We met Massimiliano following Flaviano's very serious, rare progressive neurological disease, which affected him when he reached retirement age at 60. Massimiliano immediately entered our family with care and love as a sincere, serious and professionally competent friend who supported us in the thousand difficulties of every day, even in the search for a carer. I've learned that people may forget what is said, people may forget what is done, but people will never forget how you made them feel.
Here in this sentence you can enclose everything you need to know about Max.
My family and I met Max (as we call him) years ago, when my beloved grandmother was struck by a bad illness. Max brought into the house, as well as professionalism and preparation, a wave of optimism and positivity. He always has a good word for everyone and never fails to smile. Now my grandmother is well and if we managed to win that battle it is because of the wonderful teamwork we all did together!
Max has the gift of giving serenity even in the most complicated moments and I assure you that it is a gift that few have.

MY BUTLER
Many misfortunes have occurred in recent years. However, I got one thing right: the meeting with Massimiliano. To tell the truth, Massimiliano is more of a butler than a carer. The precious thing is that unexpected events don't scare him, on the contrary they almost become a gamble for him and for his ability to drag me towards the solution. Max is careful in his care, but more importantly, he is able to accompany me with the enthusiasm for life that characterizes me, and knows how to solicit it when I am tempted to let myself go. Yes, because I forgot to mention that Massimiliano has been following me for a year now and that I suffer from a serious form of quadriplegia.
