GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT AND/OR PURCHASE AND USE OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES

The following general contract conditions are valid exclusively for consumers as defined by the legislation on distance contracts, therefore excluding legal entities and are applicable to the purchase of: services hereinafter understood as:
- Private professional consultancy service in the healthcare sector
- gift voucher/Gift Card relating to professional consultancy in the healthcare sector
Orders for the purchase of goods and services placed by natural persons operating in their profession or by companies must be authenticated as such when placing the order. If they do not do so, the orders are considered to be placed by consumers.
The order placed by the customer (the person formalizing the purchase) is subject to the express acceptance of

Conclusion of the contract.
The contract stipulated between Massimiliano Mariani and the Customer must be considered concluded only at the moment of acceptance, even if partial, of the order by the owner of the site. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
Any right of the Customer to any type of compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
The Customer undertakes to print or save an electronic copy and in any case to keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
Management of the purchase order of services purchased online will be sent via email to the email address provided
The goods and services will be usable within 4 months starting from the date of purchase, or within the validity date of the Gift Voucher/Gift Card. If the final recipient (he or she who will use the goods or services purchased) does not will use the services purchased by the date of usability of the gift voucher/Gift card will lose the right to collect and/or use such goods and services and the Gift Voucher/Gift Card relating to them will be considered null and void and cannot be used and cannot be extended in validity.

Prices and payment methods
Professional consultancy and training based on the pathology €. 150
The consultancy or training is to be considered for a single family unit of maximum 3 people, it includes:
a two-hour session at the patient's home, telephone support as needed for 15 minutes. (divisible)

All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Payment is normally made via Pay Pal or bank transfer.
Advance Bank Transfer: to speed up the shipping process, the customer must send a copy of the bank transfer via email to the address maximizelianomarianisistenza@gmail.com. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order reference "Purchase of professional consultancy or Purchase of Gift Card for professional consultancy", the date of placing the order, name and surname of the order holder. Other types of payment must be agreed in advance by telephone or email.
Validity of the offer and usability of Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards for goods and/or services
In the case of purchasing goods or services via Gift Voucher/Gift Card, payment must be made within 5 working days from the day of receipt of the booking confirmation or Gift Voucher/Gift Card; once 5 days have passed from this deadline, the reservation or the Gift Voucher/Gift Card will be considered null, canceled and unusable.
However, it is understood that the services will be sent to the customer only after the money for the payment of the fee has arrived in our current account or in our PayPal account.
Right of withdrawal and Cancellation / right of revocation of the order
The order can only be canceled before payment has been made. Once the payment for the purchase of the Gift Voucher/Gift Card has been made, the order is considered concluded and NOT refundable regardless of whether the service for which it was purchased is withdrawn within the expiry/validity date or not.
Validity of Vouchers
Gift vouchers/Gift Cards must be used within the validity date, quantified as 4 months from the date of purchase, affixed to them:
COVID: The expiry of all purchased and valid vouchers will be extended for a number of days equal to the duration of any Lockdown.

Under no circumstances is personal information relating to our customers disclosed to third parties.
It will credit the transaction amount to our account without providing the aforementioned data.
